I know this seems odd - but I rarely teach biology without referencing geography. So I send this along to you...

MGA Geography Content Webinar - Wednesday, April 2, 4:30pm

Our new webinar series is FREE for all MGA members. Deepen your geography content knowledge with this hour-long webinar from MGA Executive Director, Dr. David Rutherford.

Description
Processes associated with human population, migration, and urbanization are producing considerable changes in our contemporary world. The primary way that students learn about these processes and changes is through learning geography, whether in an integrated elementary class, in a stand-alone geography class, or in another class such as history or literature that integrates geography instruction. Either way, teachers need a good foundation of relevant knowledge to confidently teach this content. This webinar will provide all teachers, from elementary grades through high school, with fundamental knowledge of these processes and an introduction to the changing world that results from them.
